General Conditions:
- Tips are optional, but appreciated anyway.
- Only once paid the artist work will begin.
- Art commissioned is not Redistributable, traceable and/or editable.
- A maximum of 5 characters will be accepted per commission, as long as the buyer includes the add-ons for them.
- Once started, cancelled commission payments will not be refund.
- Once accepted the commission and started, there are no possibilities of changes on request.
- The artist will provide WIPs, so a medium of contact is required (preferrably discord, tumblr or X DMs)
- Artist reserves the right to reject the commission proposal.
- If after 3 months a piece or a WIP has not been delivered, the commission will be cancelled, and money refunded.Extra Features:
- Higher complexity backgrounds will cost an extra $10-30 USD depending on requirement.
- Higher complexity armor will cost an extra $10-30 USD depending on format and complexity.
- Extra characters will cost the 50% of the current format selection minimum, with a maximum of 5 characters per request.Will draw:
- OCs - Armor - Pokémon - Fanart - Alt Outfits
- NSFW: Nudes - Softcore
Will NOT draw:
- Mechas - Extremely complex backgrounds
- NSFW: Hardcore - Fetishes of any kind

By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All actions registered in the social media profiles for the Avirrations Workshoppe (Bluesky, X, and TikTok). One (1) winner for all social media sites in a single list, and another (1), from a list for Bluesky followers, will be selected at random by The Artist on May 17th, 2025 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.No commission order necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the giveaway.The requirement to participate for the all social media prize is to Like and Retweet/Share the specific post of the giveaway, giving one [1] entry in the list per social media.The available prize to be raffled amongst followers from all social media in one single list is one (1) fullbody colored sketch art piece of a character from the winner's choice, which includes a simple shapes and stamps background.The requirement to participate for the Bluesky prize is to Like and Retweet/Share the specific post of the giveaway, giving two [2] entries in total. One for all social media and other for the specific platform mentioned before.The available prize to be raffled amongst followers from Bluesky in a separate list is one set of two (2) fully colored lineart chibies, of characters from the winner's choice, which includes a simple shapes and stamps background.All prizes are in digital format, non-transferrable and without commercial rights.
Before starting any advance with artwork, an initial dialog will be required via social media direct message or discord in order to have an agreement from both parts regarding characters and requirements.Will draw:

The artist reserves the right to reject an entry if proven malicious intent and/or cheating to acquire more possibilities to win aside from one per social media platform.
